SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Effective Date: 18 August 2026
Last Updated: 18 August 2026

Bright Eagle Graphic Creations provides products and creative services to customers in Kenya and, where available, customers in other countries.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through brighteaglegc.co.ke are processed, shipped and delivered.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Return & Rejected Goods Policy, Privacy Policy, and Website Disclaimer.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable provisions of this Policy.

1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical products purchased through our online shop and, where applicable, physical products produced or supplied as part of our creative and printing services.

It covers:

  • Deliveries within Kenya;
  • International deliveries;
  • Products supplied directly by Bright Eagle Graphic Creations;
  • Products sourced from third-party suppliers;
  • Products fulfilled through third-party logistics or shipping providers;
  • Custom and printed products where delivery is applicable.

Digital products and services that do not involve physical delivery are not subject to shipping charges or physical delivery requirements.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We may provide shipping to:

Kenya

We offer delivery to customers within Kenya, subject to the availability of the selected delivery method and the customer’s location.

International

Where international delivery is available for a particular product, customers outside Kenya may place orders subject to the countries, shipping methods and product restrictions applicable at the time of purchase.

International availability may vary by product.

Some products may be available for delivery within Kenya only because of:

  • Supplier restrictions;
  • Shipping restrictions;
  • Product characteristics;
  • Import/export requirements;
  • Regulatory restrictions;
  • Availability of suitable carriers.

3. SHIPPING OPTIONS

Available shipping options may vary depending on:

  • Customer location;
  • Product;
  • Product size and weight;
  • Supplier location;
  • Delivery destination;
  • Shipping carrier;
  • Availability;
  • Order value;
  • Whether the order is local or international.

The shipping options and applicable charges available at checkout will apply to the relevant order unless otherwise agreed.

4. KENYA LOCAL DELIVERY

For orders delivered within Kenya, shipping charges may depend on the customer’s location, product, delivery method and order requirements.

Our website may provide a local shipping rate for eligible Kenyan orders.

Where a fixed shipping charge is displayed at checkout, that amount will normally be added to the applicable order before payment is completed.

Some orders may qualify for a different delivery arrangement where expressly stated.

5. DELIVERY WITHIN KENYA

Delivery times within Kenya may vary depending on:

  • Customer location;
  • Product availability;
  • Order processing time;
  • Supplier processing time;
  • Courier;
  • Transport conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Weather;
  • Product type;

Whether the item is locally stocked or sourced externally.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and should not automatically be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

For custom-made or printed products, production time may be required before dispatch.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.

International orders may involve:

  • International courier services;
  • Postal services;
  • Air freight;
  • Supplier shipping arrangements;
  • Other appropriate delivery methods.

The available shipping method and cost will depend on the destination and product.

International delivery times can vary considerably and may be longer than domestic Kenyan deliveries.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

The international shipping cost displayed at checkout, where applicable, is based on the shipping information available to us at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges may depend on:

  • Destination country;
  • Destination region;
  • Package weight;
  • Package dimensions;
  • Shipping method;
  • Number of items;
  • Supplier location;
  • Carrier charges.

Where additional charges arise after shipment because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, those charges may be payable by the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of their destination country.

An international shipment may be subject to:

  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • VAT or equivalent taxes;
  • Customs clearance fees;
  • Brokerage fees;
  • Handling charges;
  • Inspection charges;
  • Other government or carrier charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in writing, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Bright Eagle Graphic Creations does not control the amount of customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by another country.

Customers should contact their local customs authority if they require information about potential import charges before placing an international order.

9. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

International shipments may be held by customs authorities for inspection or clearance.

Bright Eagle Graphic Creations cannot control:

  • How long customs takes to process a shipment;
  • Whether customs inspects a package;
  • Whether additional documentation is requested;
  • Whether import duties are imposed;
  • Whether a particular product is restricted or prohibited in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for delivery and, where applicable, cooperating with customs or the delivery provider.

Customs delays do not necessarily constitute a failure by Bright Eagle Graphic Creations to ship an order.

10. PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO IMPORT RESTRICTIONS

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited from being imported into particular countries.

Where we become aware of a destination restriction before shipment, we may contact the customer to discuss available options.

We may cancel or decline an international order where we reasonably determine that the product cannot lawfully or practically be shipped to the destination.

Where payment has already been received for an order that cannot reasonably be fulfilled for this reason, the applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

11. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Shipping time and order-processing time are different.

Order processing time refers to the period required to:

  • Confirm the order;
  • Confirm payment;
  • Prepare the product;
  • Obtain the product from a supplier where necessary;
  • Complete customization or printing;
  • Package the order;
  • Prepare it for dispatch.

Only after the order has been processed will the shipping or delivery period normally begin.

Where an estimated processing period is provided, it may vary depending on the product and circumstances.

12. CUSTOM AND PRINTED PRODUCTS

Custom and printed products may require additional production time before shipment.

This may include:

  • Business cards;
  • Flyers;
  • Brochures;
  • Banners;
  • Signage;
  • Packaging;
  • Branded materials;
  • Customized promotional products;
  • Other made-to-order items.

The delivery estimate for such products should therefore be understood as:

Production/processing time + shipping/delivery time.

Customers should allow sufficient time for both stages when placing an order.

13. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS AND FULFILLMENT

Some products available through our online shop may be sourced from third-party suppliers or fulfilled directly by third-party partners.

In such cases, the product may be shipped from a location other than Kenya.

This may affect:

  • Processing time;
  • Shipping method;
  • Delivery time;
  • Tracking availability;
  • Packaging;
  • Customs procedures;
  • Import charges.

Where relevant, we may provide available tracking or shipment information to the customer.

14. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Where an order contains products from different suppliers or locations, the products may be shipped separately.

This means that:

  • One order may arrive in multiple packages;
  • Different products may have different delivery dates;
  • Separate tracking information may be provided;
  • Shipping arrangements may vary between products.

Where separate shipments occur, the customer should not assume that a missing item has been lost simply because another item has already arrived.

15. TRACKING

Where a carrier or fulfillment provider provides tracking information, we may provide the tracking number or relevant tracking information to the customer.

Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and carrier.

Not every shipping method provides real-time tracking.

Once tracking information has been provided, customers may also be required to monitor the shipment through the relevant carrier’s tracking system.

16. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

This may include:

  • Full name;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address;
  • Building or house name/number;
  • Estate;
  • Street or road;
  • Town or city;
  • County;
  • Postal code where applicable;
  • Country;
  • Any other information reasonably necessary for delivery.

Bright Eagle Graphic Creations is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.

17. CHANGING A DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change their delivery address.

An address change may not be possible once an order has:

  • Been dispatched;
  • Been handed to a courier;
  • Entered international transit;
  • Reached customs;
  • Been assigned for final delivery.

Any additional charges resulting from a customer-requested address change may be payable by the customer where applicable.

18. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

A delivery may fail where:

  • The customer is unavailable;
  • The delivery address is incorrect;
  • The customer cannot be contacted;
  • The customer refuses the delivery;
  • Customs requirements are not completed;
  • The carrier cannot access the delivery location;
  • Applicable delivery charges have not been paid;
  • Other circumstances prevent successful delivery.

Where a carrier makes another delivery attempt or returns the package to the sender, additional charges may arise.

Where such charges result from circumstances attributable to the customer, the customer may be responsible for the applicable costs.

19. REFUSED DELIVERIES

Customers should not refuse a delivery simply because they have changed their mind.

If a customer believes an order is:

  • Damaged;
  • Incorrect;
  • Defective;
  • Missing items;
  • Materially different from what was ordered,

the customer should contact Bright Eagle Graphic Creations as soon as reasonably possible and follow the Return & Rejected Goods Policy.

Where a customer refuses a correctly supplied order without a valid basis, additional return, shipping or handling costs may arise.

20. DELIVERY DELAYS

We make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders within the estimated time frames provided.

However, delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Courier delays;
  • Supplier delays;
  • Customs clearance;
  • Severe weather;
  • Public holidays;
  • Road or transport disruption;
  • International shipping disruptions;
  • Strikes;
  • Port or airport delays;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Incorrect customer information;
  • Technical problems;
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

An estimated delivery date is therefore not necessarily a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

21. LOST SHIPMENTS

If tracking indicates that a shipment may have been lost, delayed or misdelivered, customers should contact us.

We may investigate the matter with the relevant:

  • Courier;
  • Shipping provider;
  • Supplier;
  • Fulfilment partner;
  • Postal service.

We may request additional information from the customer to assist with the investigation.

Where a shipment is confirmed as lost and Bright Eagle Graphic Creations or the relevant fulfillment arrangement is responsible for the loss, we will assess the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and our other policies.

22. DELIVERIES MARKED AS COMPLETED

Where a carrier’s tracking system indicates that a package has been delivered, but the customer states that it was not received, we may investigate the matter with the carrier or fulfillment provider.

The customer may be asked to confirm:

  • Delivery address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Whether another person accepted the package;
  • Whether a delivery notification was received;
  • Other relevant information.

We may also rely on information supplied by the carrier when investigating the matter.

23. INSPECTION OF GOODS UPON DELIVERY

Customers are encouraged to inspect packages promptly after receiving them.

Where practical, customers should document any visible damage before opening the package.

Useful evidence may include photographs or video showing:

  1. The package before opening;
  2. Shipping labels;
  3. Visible damage;
  4. Internal packaging;
  5. The product after opening.

This information can assist in resolving delivery-damage claims.

For further information, see our Return & Rejected Goods Policy.

24. DELIVERY OF CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Once a customized or printed product has completed production, it may be dispatched using the agreed delivery method.

Customers should ensure that the delivery information supplied to us is correct before production and dispatch.

A customer’s failure to provide accurate delivery information may result in additional delivery charges or delays.

25. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FOR SERVICES

Some Bright Eagle Graphic Creations services may be provided digitally and therefore do not require physical shipping.

For example, certain:

  • Graphic design files;
  • Logo files;
  • Social-media graphics;
  • Web-design deliverables;
  • Digital artwork;
  • may be delivered electronically.

Where digital delivery is agreed, the delivery method may include email, file-transfer services, cloud storage or another agreed method.

Digital delivery is not subject to physical shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

26. DELIVERY OF DESIGN SOURCE FILES

Where editable or source files are included in a project agreement, they may be delivered electronically after the applicable payment and project requirements have been completed.

Source files are not automatically included in every design service unless expressly agreed.

27. SHIPPING COMMUNICATION

We may contact customers regarding:

  • Order confirmation;
  • Processing;
  • Shipment;
  • Tracking;
  • Delivery problems;
  • Customs issues;
  • Address clarification;
  • Other matters necessary to fulfil an order.

Customers should therefore provide an active telephone number and email address when placing an order.

28. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Whether an order can be delivered to a P.O. Box depends on the product, carrier and destination.

Some courier services require a physical delivery address and telephone contact.

Where a physical address is required, customers will be responsible for providing one.

29. DELIVERY TO REMOTE OR HARD-TO-REACH AREAS

Some locations may attract additional delivery charges or may have limited courier coverage.

Where applicable, we may contact the customer before dispatch to discuss the available delivery option.

Any additional delivery charge will be communicated where reasonably practicable before the customer is required to pay it.

30. SHIPPING CHARGES AND REFUNDS

Shipping charges are generally separate from the product price unless the website expressly states that delivery is included.

Where an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, the treatment of shipping charges will depend on:

  • The reason for the cancellation or return;
  • Whether the product was defective;
  • Whether the wrong product was supplied;
  • Whether the customer changed their mind;
  • Whether shipping has already occurred;
  • Whether the charge is recoverable;
  • Applicable law.

For further details, customers should refer to our Return & Rejected Goods Policy.

31. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns can be more complicated and expensive than local returns.

Where an international return is authorized, we will provide appropriate instructions based on the circumstances.

Customers should not independently return an international product to a supplier or shipping address without first receiving instructions from Bright Eagle Graphic Creations.

Customs documentation may be required for international returns.

32. CUSTOMS AND RETURN SHIPMENTS

Where an international product is returned, customs authorities may require additional documentation or may impose charges.

The responsibility for such charges will depend on the reason for the return, the applicable shipping arrangement and applicable law.

Customers should follow the return instructions provided by Bright Eagle Graphic Creations to minimize avoidable customs or shipping problems.

33. DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE KENYA

By placing an international order, the customer is responsible for ensuring that:

  • The product may legally be imported into the destination country;
  • The customer’s delivery information is accurate;
  • Required customs procedures can be completed;
  • Any applicable import taxes or duties can be paid;
  • The recipient can accept the shipment.

Bright Eagle Graphic Creations cannot guarantee that every product can legally be imported into every country.

34. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to restrict or decline shipment of a product to a particular destination where:

  • Shipping is unavailable;
  • The carrier does not service the destination;
  • The product is restricted;
  • Import requirements make shipment impractical;
  • The supplier does not support the destination;
  • There are legal or regulatory restrictions;
  • We reasonably determine that fulfilment cannot be completed.

Where payment has already been received and we cannot fulfil the order, the applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

35. NO GUARANTEE OF THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY TIMES

Where a third-party supplier, courier, shipping company or fulfillment partner handles delivery, Bright Eagle Graphic Creations cannot guarantee the exact delivery time controlled by that third party.

We will, however, make reasonable efforts to communicate available shipment information and assist customers where delivery problems arise.

36. FORCE MAJEURE

Bright Eagle Graphic Creations will not be responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Fire;
  • Flood;
  • Severe weather;
  • War;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Strikes;
  • Transport disruptions;
  • Airport or port closures;
  • Customs actions;
  • Supplier failures;
  • Courier disruptions;
  • Power failures;
  • Telecommunications failures;
  • Other unforeseen events.

Where reasonably possible, we will communicate material delays and work toward completing delivery once circumstances permit.
